Introducing... "Dinner with Jackson!" Each week I plan to video tape Jackson eating dinner for 90 seconds. The idea was inspired by my Aunt Sandy who used to set their video camera on the kitchen counter during dinner time when her kids were growing up- she would just let it tape. Everyone would forget they were on film and she would capture the most natural, hilarious moments- the real essence of their family. So, every week (and probably eventually monthly) we will tape dinner- no re-do's, no edits, no 'we'll skip it because he's too tired... just 100% every day dinner time. I think we will be amazed at how much we can see Jackson grow and develop through these videos over time.
